For European and Worldwide deliveries please allow between 3-10 days. Some exceptions may apply depending on the country and deliveries may take up to 21 days.
Prices quoted are for an average 2 kg max parcel, excessive weights over this may incur extra charges.
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday will arrive the next working day before 5.30pm, except certain postcodes. Orders placed after 11am will arrive the following day. Orders placed before 11am on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Excluding Bank Holidays.
Please ensure you have made provision to receive your parcel, it will arrive the next day as specified above and will need a signature. If you are not home, the courier company will leave a card for you to re-arrange a convenient re-delivery time.
Next day delivery does not including Saturday or Sunday. Please contact us immediately, or the courier company via tracking code provided if your parcel does not arrive as specified. The sooner you contact us the sooner we can resolve any issues.

All our deliveries (standard and express) are tracked and require a signature.
What is your returns policy ?
Here at Siskyn we hope you love our products as much as we do, we do however understand sometimes items need to be returned. If you'd like to return your products please be aware items can only be returned for a refund or exchange if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Full orders must be returned including any free gifts.
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you contact us either by using our contact form/email at email@example.com or phone 01209 697413 prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items. Refunds for products given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
Gift cards, samples, sale items and free gifts are non-returnable/non-refundable items.
You must arrange for and pay the postage costs of returning the products to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packed and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. If you are returning a faulty or damaged product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt. You will be expected to cover the cost of returning (non faulty) goods in any other instance.
Damaged in Transit/Delivery Discrepancies
Please check all orders carefully on receiving them. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or if there is an order discrepancy, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item(s). We will require a photo of the the damaged item to allow us to contact the delivery company.
Before returning an item and in order for us to deal with your return efficiently please contact us either by using our contact form/email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01209 697413 to discuss your return and receive an authorisation number.
• Please include a note giving the reason for return. This must include your order number, which you will be able to find on the original paperwork with the order or on the email we sent to confirm your order.
• Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with all accessories. This is very important.
